SMS Messaging Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This SMS Messaging Policy describes the text-message notifications sent through the products of Vitro Dynamics Limited (“Sede”, “we”, “us”). It applies to all of our products. We send these messages on behalf of the business you are dealing with (a “business”), such as a venue, event organizer, or service provider that uses one of our products.
1. Program Description
People who opt in receive transactional SMS notifications related to their account, booking, or visit, such as waitlist updates, booking confirmations, reminders, and account alerts. This is a transactional notification program. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
2. Message Categories
- Account notifications: status updates, waitlist position, reminders, and security alerts.
- Delivery notifications: booking, reservation, and order confirmations.
3. How You Opt In
Consent is collected in one of two ways, and you are enrolled only after giving affirmative consent:
- Verbal opt-in: the business’s staff read a consent statement aloud and enroll you only if you agree, and your consent is recorded.
- Digital opt-in: you check a box (unchecked by default) that names the business and reads, for example: “I agree to receive SMS notifications about my bookings from this business via Sede. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See Privacy Policy.”
This consent is collected on its own and is not bundled into our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase or of using a business’s services. Opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
4. Sample Messages
- “You’re now #3 on the waitlist. We’ll text you when your spot is ready. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Your booking for Saturday at 10:00 AM is confirmed. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, your position in a waitlist or changes to a booking).
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
7. Opting Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. You may also opt out in the app or by asking the business.
8. Getting Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the business directly. For program questions you can also reach us through the contact form.
9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
10. Privacy
Mobile information and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
