Why Sede
The POS had its turn. Put the sale where it happens.
Sede means headquarters. We built it so every site has one.
What we believe
A site on a Friday night is a machine with a hundred moving parts: a line out the door, every space full, tickets firing, cards tapping, a manager trying to be in four places at once.
Most software makes that worse. Five apps, five logins, a settings maze nobody on shift has time for.
We built Sede to be the site’s HQ. One place where the line, the spaces, the kitchen, and the money meet, and the sale happens wherever the guest is.
We keep it small on purpose. Every screen has to earn its place. Settings live on the step they change. Your guests see your name, not ours.
Built for the rush. Built so your staff can stop working the software and start working the room.
The old way and Sede
Built around the site, not the POS.
| The old way | Sede |
|---|---|
| Commerce stuck at the POS | Commerce at every point on the site: the door, the line, the space, the POS, and the guest’s phone |
| Add-ons glued on, each with its own login | One system and one login. Modules plug into the same booking and payment engines |
| A settings maze nobody on shift has time for | Settings live on the step they change |
| Basics sold as upgrades | Roles, approvals, and a full event history in the core |
| Their logo on your guest's screen | Your name and colors on every guest screen. We sign small |
| Changing how you sell means calling support | Turn on a module, click a step, and change it yourself |
Five beliefs
How we decide what Sede does.
- 01
One HQ
The whole site runs from one place.
- 02
One flow
Every visit runs as one loop: book, arrive, play, order, pay, engage, return.
- 03
Less surface
Every screen has to earn its place.
- 04
Settings live on the step
You change a step where it happens.
- 05
Your name on the door
Guests see your brand, not ours.
